Sign into your account at www.verizonwireless.com
(1) Search for "cloud" and (2) tap the Verizon Cloud icon.
Hover on Photos & Videos, and then tap Photos
Tap the all photos box and then the download button, which is a down arrow. Photos will download as a zip file.
NOTE: As of 3/30/18, Verizon charges 19 cents for prints and $19.99 a month for 1 TB storage; by comparison, dotphoto charges 9 cents for prints and $1.67 a month for unlimited storage.
