How does dotPhoto's concierge service work? How can I get help making an order?

dotPhoto's Concierge Service makes it even easier to place an order.

1. Write concierge@dotphoto.com and tell us what you want to make. Include your login and as much information about the product your want as possible.
2. We'll set up your order in the dotPhoto cart. We'll also save a project so you can change it, and email you back.
3. You can proof or change the order, and check out with you cart.
