How can I set default printing options for matte/glossy and cropped/uncropped in my account?

Whether you prefer cropping or uncropping, matte or glossy, you can set your favorite print options in MyAccount so that your cart will default to your customary choice. dotPhoto will use these options until you change them or override them in your cart. 

Login to your dotPhoto account and click here:  https://www.dotphoto.com/MemPrintingOptions.asp

Or follow these steps:

1. Login to your dotPhoto account.
   
2. Click on the down arrow next to your login name and choose MyAccount
   
3. Choose Printing Options in the menu on the left.
4. Set your default paper type, cropping, back printing options.
5. Save your settings by clicking or tapping the green Save Settings button at the bottom.
