A dotphoto Pro Download account is a special account for professional photographers that enables their clients to download a complete album of photos in a convenient zip file.
How it works
Your photographer will give you the name of the photographer's dotphoto account and a guest password for your album. the guest password may be your phone number because that is a unique ID.
1. Go to the dotphoto Sign-in page and choose the Guest Download.
2. Enter the Account and your guest password.
3. Tap the blue Guest Sign In button
4. You may enter at the album level. The image below shows a lock, which means that the album is password protected because it is your album. Click on the album.
5. Once inside the album, you will see the Download button on the left. To download all your photos in that album to a zip file, tap the Download button and confirm your download by tapping a green download button that appears next.
6. The compressed "zip" file downloads to your computer or phone. If you use Windows, right-click on the file and choose Extract All to see all your photos. Phones and Apple products have their other tools for extracting zip files.
