My Frame is not displaying my dotphoto album. What should I do?

First, ensure that your dotphoto Frame has Internet access, so that it can connect to dotphoto. Second, make sure you have photos in your dotphoto album; if you have no photos, then your dotphoto Frame will be blank. Third, ensure that you have the correct Frame ID in your dotphoto album. In your Frame, tap on the main menu and choose “Frame ID.” In your dotphoto account, go into your album, choose Organize and then dotphoto Frame. The Frame ID in your app must match the Frame ID in your album in dotphoto. Fourth, after you have initially set up your dotphoto album and your frame, wait about two hours to enable the images time to propagate to your frame.
